If you are moving servers as part of your forum upgrade, we consider this to be two separate projects, and each process is done independently. It is done one of the following two ways, depending on the set up of each server:

1. The old forum software is migrated to the new forum software, then the site is transferred to the new server.
or
2. The site is transferred to the new server, then the old forum software is migrated to the new forum software.
